CGK President Jason Dorsey recently keynoted Kate Spade New York\u2019s Consumer Day, joining their store leaders and consumer insights teams for a high-energy, virtual event focused on understanding today\u2019s evolving consumer\u2014especially Gen Z.<\/p>\n

This marked Jason\u2019s second time speaking for the brand, and the engagement from the team was just as strong as before. The session was delivered live from their New York City office in Hudson Yards and centered on CGK\u2019s latest research into Gen Z behaviors, expectations, and emerging trends.<\/p>\n

A Strong Focus on the Consumer<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the things that stood out most was how intentional the Kate Spade team is about staying close to their customer. Their focus on serving Gen Z<\/a>\u2014and every generation\u2014shows up clearly, both in-store and across the brand experience.<\/p>\n

During the keynote, Jason shared new discoveries around how Gen Z\u2019s mindset is shifting, what\u2019s driving their purchasing decisions, and where brands have the biggest opportunity to build trust and connection right now.<\/p>\n
