While their focus is on caring for children, they also support and serve multiple generations every day\u2014parents, grandparents, caregivers, and entire families\u2014often during the most critical moments of their lives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"806\">That\u2019s why CGK President Jason Dorsey was honored to speak at the Children\u2019s Nebraska Leadership Forum and the organization\u2019s Board of Directors Meeting, sharing insights on generational trends shaping healthcare today.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"846\">A Mission That Shows Up Everywhere<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1107\">Children\u2019s Nebraska is the only full-service pediatric health system in the state, and its mission is evident across every part of the organization\u2014from its teams and leadership to its innovation and commitment to improving children\u2019s lives across the region.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1380\">One of the highlights of Jason\u2019s visit was a tour of the hospital, including their acclaimed NICU and Innovation Center. Seeing the care spaces, intentional design, and dedicated teams in action brought the organization\u2019s mission to life in a deeply personal way.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1405\">What Stood Out Most<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1462\">Throughout the visit, several things stood out clearly:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1857\">\n<li data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1524\">\n<p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1524\">The passion and purpose shared by leaders at every level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1606\">\n<p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1606\">Powerful stories of impact, from clinical breakthroughs to family experiences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1721\">\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1721\">The energy and openness as teams leaned into learning, collaboration, and what\u2019s next in children\u2019s healthcare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1857\">\n<p data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1857\">Thoughtful conversations following the keynote about generational trends shaping families, care teams, and the future of healthcare<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"2161\">During his sessions, Jason shared CGK\u2019s latest insights on how different generations\u2014patients, parents, and healthcare professionals\u2014experience care today.
