Their resurgence with this emerging generation hasn\u2019t happened by accident\u2014it\u2019s the result of strong leadership, bold brand strategy, and a clear understanding of what this generation values.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"1021\">At CGK, we study how generational behaviors and expectations are shifting\u2014and what that means for brands, leaders, and organizations.
