In the past year, Jason had the distinct pleasure of working as an advisor for exceptional HR leaders from companies across a private equity portfolio spanning a variety of established manufacturing businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n These monthly collaboration and advisory working sessions delved into strategic and tactical workforce problem-solving, allowing for the application of CGK\u2019s latest workforce research, the exchange of valuable ideas from HR leaders across the portfolio, and the energizing community that great ongoing work creates.
