This experience is significantly shaping their life experience and changing their views about the future. Gen Z has felt the weight of the pandemic as it has upended their education, challenged their work entry, and shifted their views toward the year and decades ahead. In this 2020 State of Gen Z<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0research study, we sought to uncover the hidden and unexpected impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Generation Z (ages 13 to 24) at this formative time in their coming of age experience.<\/p><p>This research study specifically looks at how the COVID-19 pandemic impacts Gen Z and their views in key areas such as leadership and living with their parents to their own health and wellbeing. In addition, we explored how the pandemic has shaped Gen Z\u2019s beliefs about their future careers, education, politics, and much more.
