How will this mobile immersed generation change their workplaces? A quarter of this generation received a smartphone before age 10 and most experience the world first through their mobile devices. How will companies adapt to attract, motivate and retain a generation that is always online and most often accesses the world (and work) using their thumbs?<\/p>\n<p>In this session, Dr. Villa and Watson will explore Gen Z\u2019s hidden motivators, drivers and mindset toward work. They will also reveal Gen Z\u2019s expectations for career development and what they most want in a company and a work experience.<\/p>\n<p>As the CEO and Co-Founder of CGK, Dr. Villa leads The Center and crafts the vision for the global organization. Dr. Villa has served in leadership roles in numerous organizations, serves on the board of several non-profits, advises startups, and was recognized as an Austin Under-40 Finalist. She also enjoys running marathons.<\/p>\n<p>Watson, CGK\u2019s Behavioral Designer, explores the intersection between behavioral economics and generational technology adoption and habit formation as it drives experience, purchases, and emerging trends.<\/p>\n<p><em>The entire CGK team is proud and excited for Denise and Heather!
