Dorsey pointed out that Millennials and Gen Z are quite\u00a0different. Employers should not expect them to be the same, and employers should <strong>definitely<\/strong> not expect them to have the same attitudes as Baby Boomers or Gen X.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Their attitude is \u2018I\u2019ll take whatever job you have, just give me a chance,\u2019&#8221; said Dorsey.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/lifestyle\/style\/2016\/01\/27\/millennial-fatigue-gen-and-observations-from-generational-reseacher\/YgoNhWp9BOq7xtiXqf5xhL\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dorsey\u00a0explained\u00a0to the\u00a0<em>Boston Globe<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>that Gen Z wants to avoid the mistakes that Millennials made. &#8220;They looked at Millennials and said, \u2018You went to expensive schools and you graduated with all this debt, and your expectations were so high that it didn\u2019t work out and now you\u2019ve moved back home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"\/6-things-employers-need-know-gen-z\/\" rel=\"noopener\">While Gen Z wants jobs that are fulfilling,<\/a><\/span> they also crave job stability and don&#8217;t plan to change jobs\u00a0as much as their predecessors have.
